This program is for you if you and a group of your friends
or colleagues would like to get back into shape, train for a race, or lose
weight together. This is a flat rate, so
the more people you have join, the less you have to pay.
This program
includes:
• Initial one-hour consultation to
determine group goals and fitness levels.
• A training program based on your abilities,
fitness levels, goals, and training history with a focus on both immediate and
long term success.
• Monthly workout sessions to
evaluate progress and answer questions
• Stretching demonstrations and/or
descriptions with pictures
